Welcome to Small Wonders Child Care Center.

Small Wonders Child Care Center, Inc. is a non-profit child care center caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers since 1990. The program is located in the State Office Building in Hauppauge. Small Wonders provides a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for children to grow and learn. Our goal is to provide high quality, affordable childcare services to NYS employees at the NYS Office building. Small Wonders has expanded enrollment to the public. Our hours of operation are 6:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and we operate 12 months each year with minimal days off for the convenience of our parents. As a state licensed facility , our center follows strict regulations that relate to Health, Safety and supervision of all children in our care.

Small Wonders is licensed by the NYS Office of Children and Family Services.  We have created and maintained a nurturing and loving environment for children whom have been entrusted in our care. With the knowledge that each child is a very unique individual, we have enhanced our curriculum to embrace many different learning styles.

We have many staff members that have been with us many years. We also have had the enjoyment of past students enrolling their own children into our programs. We believe this truly creates a family atmosphere.
